For Want of a Nail

For want of a nail the shoe was lost.
For want of a shoe the horse was lost.
For want of a horse the rider was lost.
For want of a rider the battle was lost.
For want of a battle the kingdom was lost.
And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.

This is a very old proverb which goes to show us that for a small action it could have very large consequences. This proverb was used in the movie "Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift".

Here are 10 best quotes of William Shakespeares from many... Romeo & Juliet is one of my favorite plays no doubt. Especially the dialogue "O Romeo, Romeo, Wherefore art though Romeo?". But i wanted to give you a taste of other beautiful quote by Shakespeare. In brackets I've given the play from which the quotes are given in case you would like to read more of it.

Troy is a great movie there are so many great dialogues. Here are a few which are woth to mention.

"There are no pacts between lions and men." Achilles response to Hector just before the duel between themselves.

"You have your swords. I have my tricks. We play with the toys the gods give us." Odysseus response to Achilles while Achillies was responding to Odysseus taunt.

"All my life I've lived by a code and the code is simple: honor the gods, love your woman and defend your country. Troy is mother to us all. Fight for her!" Hector's speach to his soldiers just before the battle.
